Join a free, festive and fun-filled experience at Santa’s Workshop, located at the City Centre in downtown Kalamazoo. Open starting Small Business Saturday (November 29, 2025), this holiday event features a variety of family-friendly activities. Visitors can meet Santa and Mrs. Claus, decorate shopping bags, write letters to Santa, and enjoy crafting sessions.

Santa’s Workshop is open Thursday through Sunday with special themed activities every Saturday, including Pets with Santa, Ugly Sweater Day, and crafting holiday cards and wrapping paper.

Children can visit with either a Black Santa on Thursdays and Sundays or a White Santa on Fridays and Saturdays, with Mrs. Claus joining on Fridays and Saturdays. December 23 and 24 will feature White Santa and Mrs. Claus.
