Beginner-friendly yoga & movement. Everyone is welcome, but these workshops will be intentional, safe spaces for Black people and people of color. No special clothing or equipment required. We have yoga mats, yoga blocks, blankets, and pillows for use. $10 donation suggested. Please come as you are and deep breathe with us.
