Downtown Kalamazoo’s new retail and barbershop wants to give customers their ‘best day’ head-to-toe

Four entrepreneurs have combined their retail connections and business savvy to create a one-stop-shop in Kalamazoo where customers can be outfitted from head-to-toe.

The Waiting Room offers everything from shoes and socks to a haircut and beard trim. Located on the Kalamazoo Mall, the retail and barber shop opened its doors in August and offers a new shopping experience to the Kalamazoo community, founder Tom Crowe said.
