A new restaurant aims to bring a unique taste to downtown Kalamazoo, as a family that emigrated from Egypt is working now to open the local eatery in spring 2021.

Cairo’s Kitchen is slated to open downtown in The Exchange building in the coming months, according to co-owner Ramy Rezkalla.
