The Kalamazoo Downtown Partnership has announced the return of its annual Chili Cook-Off as well as Restaurant Week in the coming weeks.

The Downtown Kalamazoo Chili Cook-Off is scheduled to take place Saturday, Feb. 27 between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. The Kalamazoo Downtown Partnership says the event will be held outside with tents pitched across the downtown area, adding that the South Kalamazoo Mall will be closed between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. to allow for social distancing.
