The Kalamazoo Downtown Partnership invites the public to Autos and Eats on the Alley presented by Fresh Coast Auto Detail on Saturday, May 8 under the beautiful lights of Bates Alley in downtown Kalamazoo.

A variety of show cars will be displayed on Bates Alley and in the adjoining parking lot on Saturday, May 8 from 5 – 8 p.m., giving visitors the perfect opportunity to view some of the area’s best vehicles and take advantage of all downtown Kalamazoo has to offer

“We are excited to welcome back this unique, outdoor event to Bates Alley. It’s a great way to experience downtown while admiring a wide variety of show cars,” Kalamazoo Downtown Partnership Events Director Sue Huggett said. “Whether you’re interested in beautiful cars, tasty drinks, or just the downtown vibe, this is a great event for the entire family.”

In addition to being able to view all the cars, visitors will enjoy Jazz music provided live by Lana Hoffman Jazz Quartet, outdoor dining or drinks at any of the great Bates Alley restaurants, and can take advantage of downtown’s Central Commons Refreshment Area, which allows adult beverages, purchased from a participating location, to be consumed outdoors.

Autos and Eats on the Alley is free to the public. Those interested in entering their show car for this exciting event can register at http://bit.ly/autosandeats through May 7. Space is limited, so register early. Security will be present throughout to the event to ensure the safety of the vehicles and an enjoyable experience for the community.
