PARKING ACCESS AND REVENUE CONTROL SYSTEM (PARCS) UPGRADES
 

On behalf of the Kalamazoo, MI Downtown Development Authority we welcome you the opportunity to bid on the above referenced project. The successful bidder will remove all existing FAPD/3M PARCS equipment hardware and software and replace it with new PARCS equipment hardware and software as specified herein, attached hereto, included herewith, and further explained at the pre-bid meeting as well as in the enclosed specifications, plans and details.

In addition to the information contained in the IFB, a manditory pre-proposal meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at 10:30 a.m., EST in the 5th floor conference room of the DDA at 141 East Michigan, Kalamazoo. The purpose of this meeting is to provide all Proposers an opportunity to ask specific questions and request clarifications in order to familiarize themselves with the systems and all conditions that may affect the time or cost of performance. Following the pre-proposal meeting, we will break for lunch and beginning at 1:00 p.m., EST, DDA will conduct a non-mandatory tour to give proposers an opportunity to view the parking facilities and equipment.
